Partha Pratim Hazarika, son of Late Bubul Hazarika and Ratnawali Hazarika was born and raised in a traditional Sattriya family in Narayanpur, Assam.He has been immersed in the rich cultural heritage of Sattriya dance and Ankiya Bhaona since the age of four. With a strong foundation in both classical and contemporary arts, he has seamlessly blended tradition with modern sensibilities, shaping a unique artistic identity.

Academically, Partha holds a Master’s in Economics from Cotton University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Dramatic Arts (Specialization in Acting) from the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi. Additionally, he has earned diplomas in Sattriya Dance from Sangeet Sattra, Guwahati, and Fine Arts from Bangiya Sangeet Parishad, Kolkata.

His passion for cinema led them to further explore visual storytelling through a Film Appreciation Course at the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata.

A Graded Artist at Doordarshan, Partha has been recognized with prestigious honors, including the National Young Artist Award from the Ministry of Culture and a Junior Scholarship from CCRT in the field of Sattriya Dance. Expanding his artistic reach into cinema, he made a remarkable debut in Sundarpur Chaos, earning Best Debut Actor at the 25th Prag Cine Award, Nipon Goswami award for Excellence in Acting 2024,and the 7th Sailadhar Baruah Film Award,5th Pinnacle award for best debut actor.For his second feature film Bhaimon Da, in which he portrayed the legendary singer Zubeen Garg, he became an overnight sensation in Assam. For this achievement, he was honoured with the Mirchi Rising Star Northeast Award.

He has worked in more than 30 theatre productions with directors from around the globe. He also choreographed for a French documentary produced by a production company called "Youth Vision Movie."
With his experience in performance, visual arts, and theatre,Partha Pratim Hazarika continues to push artistic boundaries, fusing his traditional roots with contemporary expressions. Il
